1. Information We Collect

Account information. Signing up only requires a username and password; no email address or proof of identity is required. If you voluntarily provide an email address in a support ticket or customer service conversation, it is used only to reply to that conversation, never for marketing, and is never sold or shared with third parties.

Order records. To fulfill the subscription agreement, this service records order details, plan type, activation and expiry dates, payment method, and data usage. Traffic data is used to calculate remaining traffic and monthly resets, not to identify your browsing activity.

Site analytics. The website records anonymized access data, including visit time, IP address, browser and device type, and referring page, for security, troubleshooting, and experience improvements. This data is not used to identify individuals.

2. Logging and Privacy Stance

This service does not log which websites, apps, or services you visit through the cross-border network, does not log browsing content, and does not log DNS queries.

To keep the service running and meter usage, the system retains only the minimum necessary information: connection start and end times and the amount of data transferred. Once a session ends, no records that could be linked to specific destinations are kept, apart from aggregate figures needed for traffic metering. This data is used only for traffic billing, route load management, and troubleshooting.

This service does not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except where explicitly required by law.

3. Cookies and Local Storage

The website uses cookies and browser local storage to keep necessary information, including language preference, login state, and interface display preferences. These are used only to keep the site functioning normally, not for ad tracking or cross-site profiling, and the site carries no ad network tracking code.

You can clear cookies and local storage through your browser settings; after clearing, you may need to log in again or reselect your language.

4. Third-Party Payment Processing

Subscription fees are paid through third-party channels such as Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Payment is processed by the respective channel; this service never handles or stores your full payment credentials, such as payment passwords or wallet keys.

This service only keeps the order outcome and amount, for reconciliation, refunds, and after-sales support. Payment channels process payment information under their own privacy policies, so please review the relevant channel's policy.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Account data is kept for the duration of your subscription so the service can be provided. You can request deletion of your account data through the ticket system in the user panel; once the request is verified, the relevant data will be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period.

Order records are retained for the statutory period required by financial and tax compliance, then deleted or anonymized. Refund records and support tickets are kept for a period after the relevant process ends, to handle disputes.

After account deletion, associated traffic data and historical session records are removed as well. You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data; this service will process such requests after verifying your identity.

6. Policy Updates

This policy may be updated as the service changes or regulations require. Updated versions are published on this page with the last-updated date noted; major changes will be announced on the site.
