Terms of Service

1. Service Content and Scope

The Service provides cross-border network acceleration, optimized access to international websites, and companion client applications. It currently covers 110+ countries and 190+ routes and supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. Client applications may be updated from time to time; the release notes prevail.

The Service is a paid subscription. Monthly plans are available at ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB, with data reset each month on the activation date. Data packs are also available: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB, which last until used up and never expire. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated based on the remaining days. The Service may adjust route coverage and features based on operational needs; major changes will be announced in advance on the site.

2. Accounts and Subscriptions

No email address is required to register — you can create an account with just a username and password. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and subscription details secure, and you bear any losses resulting from failure to do so.

A single account can be used on unlimited devices simultaneously, but only by you and your family members within reasonable use. Reselling, sharing with unrelated third parties, or commercially redistributing the subscription is prohibited, as is bulk account registration through automated means. The Service reserves the right to impose restrictions on abnormal usage.

3. Acceptable Use

When using the Service, you must comply with the laws and regulations of your country or region. You may not use the Service for any unlawful or infringing activity, including but not limited to: infringing others' intellectual property rights, disseminating unlawful or harmful information, conducting cyberattacks, sending spam, or engaging in fraud.

The Service is intended solely for legitimate cross-border access and network acceleration. If your region has additional rules governing cross-border network services, you are responsible for confirming that your use is compliant and for bearing the corresponding responsibility.

4. Service Availability and Disclaimer

The Service makes commercially reasonable efforts to maintain route stability and availability. However, cross-border networks are affected by multiple factors, including international links, carrier routing, and regional network conditions. The Service cannot guarantee uninterrupted, delay-free, or unrestricted access, nor does it promise specific access results for any particular website or service.

If service is interrupted due to force majeure, third-party data center failures, upstream link adjustments, or changes in local network policies, the Service will restore access as soon as possible but shall not be liable for indirect losses arising from such interruptions. Do not use the Service for scenarios with special requirements for real-time performance or stability.

5. Refund Policy

You may request a full no-questions-asked refund within 14 days of your first payment. Refund requests can be submitted through the support page and, once verified, will be refunded to your original payment method. No-questions-asked refunds are not available after 14 days.

6. Account Termination and Changes to These Terms

If you violate these Terms, including but not limited to reselling subscriptions, sharing subscriptions with unrelated third parties, engaging in unlawful activities, or maliciously consuming service resources, the Service has the right to suspend or terminate your access and reserves the right to pursue legal action.

The Service may revise these Terms as needed for operational purposes. The revised text will be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes will be announced in advance. Continuing to use the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you may stop using the Service before they take effect and apply for a refund under the Refund Policy.
