Before you start: a device with internet access (computer or phone), the site or app you want to reach, and any one payment method (Alipay, WeChat or USDT). Just follow the steps in order — no extra setup needed.
Create account
Creating an account is step one. Click the “Log in” button in the top-right corner to open the user panel, then switch to “Sign up” on the login page — or use the button below this step to go straight to the sign-up page. The form has only three fields: username, password and confirm password. Nothing else is required.
Use a combination of letters and numbers for your username so it's easy to remember; set a password of at least 8 characters with a mix of upper and lower case and symbols. VPNYS sign-up doesn't require an email address or email verification — just enter a username and password and submit. Your account is active immediately.
After submitting, you'll be logged in automatically and taken to the overview page. If the page stays on the login screen, just sign in with the username and password you just created. Forgot your password? The login page has a recovery option — follow the prompts. Keep your credentials safe and don't share them with anyone.
Once your account is ready, the next step is choosing a plan.
Choose a plan and place your order
Step two is choosing a plan. On the “Plans” page in the user panel you'll find two options: monthly plans and data packs. Monthly plans come in three tiers: ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB and ¥28/month for 500GB, with data resetting each month on your activation date. Data packs are a one-time purchase: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB or ¥658/3000GB — they last until you use them up and never expire. Every plan includes access to 110+ countries and 190+ servers.
How to choose: if you mostly browse and stream, the 60GB tier is usually enough. If you download often or use several devices at once, start with the 250GB tier. If your usage varies and you'd rather not renew monthly, go with a data pack. Monthly plans suit long-term, steady use with monthly billing; data packs have no expiry, so you can stock up and use them at your own pace.
Once you've picked a plan, click “Get Started” to go to the checkout page, confirm the plan and amount, then choose a payment method. VPNYS accepts Alipay, WeChat and USDT. Your plan activates immediately after payment, and your remaining data shows on the overview page. Not sure how much you need? Start with the lowest tier and upgrade from the panel whenever you like.
All plans come with unlimited devices — one account can be signed in on multiple devices at the same time, so a single account covers every device in your home. If a plan isn't right for you, every plan includes a 14-day no-questions-asked refund; just request it within the window.
Get your subscription link
After payment, go back to the “Overview” page in the user panel. You'll see your current plan, remaining data and subscription URL. Click “Copy” and the subscription link goes to your clipboard. If you don't see the subscription URL yet, make sure your plan is active — right after payment it can take a minute or two to update, so just revisit the overview page shortly.
A subscription URL looks like https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN; always use the one shown in your panel. The subscription link is the only credential your client needs to fetch server configs — treat it like your password. Don't post it in public groups, forums or social media. If you think it's been leaked, reset the subscription in your panel; the old link stops working immediately, then import the new one in your client.
Your subscription link updates when your plan changes. After switching plans, copy the link again and re-import it in your client so the server list matches your plan.
Once you have your subscription link, the next step is importing it into a client. Clients are available on the download page in the user panel — sign in and you'll see the downloads for your platform.
Import client
Step four is importing your subscription link into a client. Clients are on the “Download” page in the user panel — sign in to see downloads for Windows, macOS, Android and Linux; the iOS client is installed from the App Store. Below are the import steps for each platform; menu names may vary slightly by version.
Windows
Open the Windows client after installing it, go to “Subscription” or “Profile”, click “Import from clipboard”, paste the subscription link you copied in step 3, and confirm. The client fetches the server list automatically; once it finishes, all available servers appear on the “Servers” page. If the list is empty after importing, check that you copied the full link, copy it again, and import once more.
macOS
Get the macOS client installer from the “Download” page in the panel. If macOS blocks it on first launch, go to “System Settings → Privacy & Security” and allow it. Importing works the same as on Windows: open the subscription import option, paste your link, and wait for the server list to load. macOS and Windows share one subscription — no need to buy separately.
Android
Get the Android client APK from the “Download” page in the panel. After installing, open it, go to “Subscription”, tap the add button in the top-right corner, paste your subscription link and save. Back on the home screen, pick a server and tap connect; the first connection asks for VPN permission — allow it and you're set. Once imported, the subscription page shows the server count and expiry date.
iOS
Install the iOS client from the App Store. Open it, go to “Subscription” or “Configuration”, and paste your subscription link to import. Some versions support scanning a QR code or importing via a profile — just follow the prompts in the app. After importing, pick a server on the home screen and connect; the first connection asks for VPN configuration permission, and the server goes live once you allow it. If it says the configuration is invalid, copy your subscription link from the panel again and retry.
The import flow is the same on all four platforms: get your subscription link → open the import option → paste → wait for the servers to load. Clients don't conflict with each other — one account can be used on multiple devices at the same time.
Connect & verify
The last step is connecting and confirming the server works. Pick a server in your client and click connect. Once connected, the status shows “Connected”; some clients also display the current server name and data used.
Open an international site or app you want to reach; if it loads normally, the server is working. If some sites aren't going through the VPN, check the routing settings: in the default rule mode, sites in mainland China connect directly while international sites use the VPN; switch to global mode if you want everything routed. When choosing a server, prefer IEPL dedicated routes for better stability during peak hours; for streaming, pick a server in the same region as the platform for a smoother experience.
To verify your exit location, just open any international site in your browser; some clients show the exit region directly after connecting. If the displayed region doesn't match the server you picked, disconnect and reconnect once.
If you can't access sites after connecting, try switching servers or restarting the client. If that doesn't help, check the “Connection & Troubleshooting” section on the support page or submit a ticket.
FAQ
Do I need an email address to sign up?

Where do I download the client?
From the “Download” page in the user panel — sign in to see it. The iOS client is installed from the App Store.
What happens when I run out of data?
